Augustus Tolton Center for Social Justice Endowment Fund
The Augustus Tolton Center for Social Justice Endowment Fund establishes the Augustus Tolton Center for Social Justice at Cardinal Newman School. The endowment serves the following purposes:
- Provides faculty access to continuing education, tools, and resources that address racial injustice and prejudice while fostering deeper awareness of the contemporary injustices affecting students, families, and the broader community;
- Supports student programs that promote justice in relationships within the school community, particularly in interactions between faculty, students, and families, grounded in the principles of Catholic Social Teaching; and
- Supports student participation in school-sponsored acts of justice.
